Shipping Policies

Shipping is mostly by UPS. All orders over $100 are shipped free of charge.

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with  the products we sell. If you need to exchange for a different size or style, or for a full refund, you can do so within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and has not been washed. Return shipping is free - contact us for a return shipping form.

Backorder Policy

If an item is backordered you may request a refund, an alternative, or we will ship as soon as the product is available.

Damaged Goods Policy

There is a 60 day manufacturer's warranty on all diapers. Additionally our manufacturer offers to reattach any loose hooks and loops at no cost, and for the lifetime of the product.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
